Carol S Bannon is a full time writer with a degree in elementary education. She is also a member of the Catholic Writer's Guild and a columnist for Catholic Mom. She has been a religious educator for over thirty years and substitute teaches. She enjoys visiting schoolchildren across the country and sharing her faith.
She is a wife, mother to four adult children, and a grandmother. She and her husband currently reside in Concord Township, Ohio.

Michaelin owned her own gallery and teaching studio, Avalon Arts, for 15 years. Her book, "Watercolor for The Fun Of It, Painting People" was published by North Light Books. She is featured in Karlyn Holman's book, "Searching for the Artist Within", and in "Splash 9". She is a signature member of the Taos National Watercolor Society, and the Northern Plains Watercolor Society. She is active in the Northstar Watercolor Society and the Minnesota Watercolor Society.
Michaelin teaches workshops word wide, including a yearly class in Yucatan, Mexico. She has written several articles for national art publications. She competes in national shows and has won numerous awards. Her work can be seen at at Manos Gallery, Tubac, AZ and at the Richeson Gallery, in Kimberly, WI.
